Head of Global IT · hands-on

IT that delivers on time, on budget, on quality.

How I work

Close to the team, in step with the business.

Who I partner with day to day, and the hard calls that made the big programs land.

Partnering with the business

  • InfoSec & CISOThe CISO owns policy and governance; my SecOps team executes. Quarterly Security Forum with the CEO and C-level on posture, certifications and risks.
  • R&DSit with the teams, understand their needs, and build the pipeline, landing zones and self-service to support them.
  • FinanceAnnual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and showback; every technology purchase goes through IT, agreed with the CFO.
  • People & WorkplaceOnboarding and offboarding designed with HR; meeting rooms and collaboration across offices.

Hard calls

R&D refused to give up their own tools

I moved the conversation from features to business risk and TCO. The platform standard became a company mandate; exceptions needed a business case funded from the requesting team's budget. Most teams aligned immediately.

Fear of downtime was stalling migrations

I refused to carry all the continuity risk in IT. Migrations were cut into micro-phases, and business unit leaders had to approve maintenance windows — and own any delay in the leadership forum if they didn't.

Displaced vendors lobbied other executives

I agreed with the CFO that every technology purchase needs IT approval, and used our purchasing power to make the new vendors supply migration resources themselves.

A three-year program was losing momentum

Monthly dashboards for leadership showed what the old data centers still cost against the expected savings: every month of delay had a dollar figure. The numbers ended the excuses.

Shadow IT returned after consolidation

Two fronts: zero-trust blocking at the network and identity layers, and Finance blocking credit-card payments for IT systems I hadn't approved.

What I'd do differently

At Cellebrite we went in hard and fast on cloud costs. Next time I'd build the shared forum and joint KPIs with R&D before execution and sell the "why" first. The more drastic the technical change, the deeper the cultural preparation has to be.

In my words

The answers I give in the room.

Ask the AI any of these, or your own question — it answers only from my verified record.

What makes you different?

I connect three arenas: business strategy, finance and people. I speak the language of the CFO and the board, and I know a transformation doesn't happen without people who are connected and proud of the work — like a field commander, when your people are committed and good at what they do, you can't lose.

Did you lead cloud infrastructure hands-on?

I treated our infrastructure as one platform: Kubernetes for multi-application workloads, CI/CD and the update lifecycle automated end to end, strict uptime SLAs, and SecOps built into the pipeline with cloud security posture management. Automated, secure by design, always on.

Why are you looking now?

Cellebrite went through a major strategic shift, and the growth-and-build mandate I joined for changed. We parted on good terms. I'm looking for the next place where technology is expected to drive the business.

Management style, in one line?

On time, on schedule, and quality.
